win10 MinGW64 PLplot配置

我在win10上，用MinGW64系统带的gfortran,下载的PLplot，也用MinGW中的make进行了编译，但gfortran怎么才能调用PLplot中的库呢？

安装MSYS2，可以用系统自带的plplot
mingw64/mingw-w64-x86_64-plplot 5.13.0-2
