Bailstow方法求多项式(Polynomial)全部根

如何用Bailstow方法(Solution Method)求多项式(Polynomial)代数方程全部根(实数和复数,(All roots, both Real and Complex))?该方法与其它方法如牛顿法的相互关系, 有何特点,优势?!       如: 1)P(x)=x**5-2.0*x**4-x**3+2.0*x**2-12.0*x-24.0,2)P(x)=2.0*x**3-5.0*x**2+7.0
