求助compaq编译器

在编译程序的时候出现了如下问题：（如图片所示）
:\fortran\zonal model-64 -shanghai\jichu.f90(8879) : fatal error F1001: INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR
(compiler file '..\..\\P2\main.c', line 374)
    Please choose the Technical Support command on the Developer Studio
    Help menu, or open the Technical Support help file for more information
Error executing fl32.exe.


请问一下造成的原因会是哪一些呢，求助各位大佬！！

换个编译器，不要再用 Compaq Fortran 了，毕竟28年前的产品了，和现代操作系统不兼容。

建议用 intel oneapi 或者 gfortran，主流就这俩
