读入数据已做过校验，可进行运算。但编译失败，救救孩子吧，大佬 Subscript #1 of the array NOC has value 0 which is less than the lower bound of 1

翻译一下错误提示：
Subscript #1 of the array NOC has value 0 which is less than the lower bound of 1
NOC数组的第一个维度，有一个0比它的下限1更小。

你的截图中没有出现NOC，请寻找错误所在的位置排查。
