   (5) 80%以上惱人的 callback routines (dummy procedures), [用戶自定義]->[系統內建]

   (6) 調用 NGPC/NGDP/NGGA/NGSF/NGLB/NGHG in a single call (refer NGMU)

   (1) 支援 Windows "64-bit" Fortran compilers
